COVID Update

I pride myself on my sanitation practices that I have followed for decades. Pandemic or not, your health and safety has always been a top priority. Otherwise it’s just gross!

Here are additional practices I’ve implemented in the wake of COVID:

  • Wearing my mask throughout each appointment
  • Taking my temperature daily
  • Clients not receiving skincare treatments are required to keep their masks on
  • Additional hand washing (aka constant)
  • Wiping down all touched surfaces between each client and a throughout wipe down at the beginning of each day
  • Wiping down all retail products as they are unpacked
  • Items that used to be cleaned monthly are now being cleaned weekly. Items that were cleaned weekly are now being cleaned daily. And items that used to be cleaned daily, are now being cleaned multiple times a day
  • Having all clients wait in their car. This allows for disinfecting between each client.
  • Only clients receiving services are allowed inside so there’s limited exposure to others

Additional regulations by DORA and that I’ve chosen to implement myself:

  • Do not keep your appointment if you are showing any symptoms including; fever, cough, digestive issues or body aches
  • Virtual payments are preferred: Venmo or Apple Pay. I do not accept debit cards. Minimum for credit cards is $30
  • You are required to wash your hands or use sanitizer upon entering
  • Minimize what you bring into the office
  • Use the restroom before you arrive to the office
